JASON BURG

Jason is a co-founder of the Camburg Collective and has worked in the public sector for over 20 years. He has had stints at a dot com start-up, the Cabinet Office and blue chip companies first in policy roles, then stakeholder engagement and latterly big transformational change programmes. Jason aims to do the same things as other OD and HR consultancies. Just a little better.
SALLY CAMPBELL

Sally is a co-founder of the Camburg Collective and has worked in the NHS for the last 25 years – the last ten of which as an HR director. Sally set up a ground-breaking, commercially successful HR service within the NHS. Recently she has led a number of prominent work streams within the Devo-Manchester firmament. Sally also wants to do what other OD and HR consultancies do. Just a little better.
